Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order within 24 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at [email protected]

Payment is due at the time of order. We currently only accept payments through Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. Other payment methods are not accepted at this time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

 

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery of orders is via courier.
Once the payment is confirmed and the product is ready to be shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox.

Shipping time, after payment is confirmed, can range from 3 business days to 3 weeks depending on the requested piece. Most of the pieces are handmade upon request. In that case, an average of 2 weeks is needed to produce and send the product from the date on which the order is placed. In case of a ready to be shipped piece, only 3 days will be needed. Please check the shipping time for each piece. As a result of a completely artisanal work, some delays may occur occasionally. In that case you'll be noticed as soon as possible.

We also understand you may want your piece for an special occasion. In case you need to receive the piece in a shorter period of time than the indicated for that piece, please, contact us and we'll make our best to shorten this range of time. Contact us also before placing your order if you want the package to be sent as an Express Shipping. An extra cost will be added to the shipping rate.

A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent after the piece is shipped with all the shipping details. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status.

Shipping costs for Argentina are free. For the rest of the world is 40 USD, unless those periods in which we are oferring free worldwide shipping.

Please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information. It is your responsibility to make sure your order is shipped to the address you specified during checkout. It is also your responsibility to be able to receive or pick up your package before it is returned to us. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for any shipping charges to have the package re-shipped.



Considerations about shipping

Orders are processed from Buenos Aires, Argentina or Barcelona, Spain.

In order to guarantee the shipment all orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (a gift, for example), then you agree that evidence of a signature at their delivery address you specified completes our delivery and fulfillment obligations.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Miguel is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events, nor delays caused by customs, or shipping companies.

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Miguel.

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes where applicable. All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country shipping to.

 

Currencies

Miguel cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the USD into any other currency.

 

Returns and exchanges

Each piece is handcrafted from start to finish by the designer. Sawing, sanding, soldering, polishing. All processes are made inside the studio with craftsmanship dedication, and most of the times, pieces are made to order. This is why pieces can’t be returned.

By the way the quality of our products and your satisfaction are our highest priority. If you find that the item you ordered is damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can quickly address the issue and find the best solution.

These terms apply to all users of the domains miguel-miguel.com. The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Miguel and visits to the site. Miguel reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.
